I qualified as a counsellor in 1991 and have completed 4 years advanced training as a psychotherapist (leading to an MSc). I have worked with a wide range of issues which include relationships, bereavement, work difficulties, stress, health issues, communication problems, low self-esteem, confidence levels, culture and identity, depression and anxiety.
