Counsellor Profile

I'm an accredited BACP Psychotherapist/Counsellor and Life Coach. I offer confidential counselling and Life Coaching to individuals, families, couples and organisations.

Counselling isn't about advice giving; it's about tapping into the resources and intuition you already have, that may seem hidden to you when things are tough.

Maybe your relationship has ended or you've had some life changing events happen recently. Maybe things keep resurfacing from your past and you feel it's time to understand them more. Whatever the problem, counselling may help.

Together we can explore the difficulties you're experiencing and find new ways for you to manage your life. It's often helpful to talk to someone completely uninvolved.

You can contact me by email or telephone and we can arrange a time for you to talk through the difficulties you're experiencing. This is an opportunity to explain how you feel things got to the stage they're at and for us to discuss a way forward. If together we decide that counselling would be helpful to you, sessions lasting 50 minutes would normally be arranged once or sometimes twice weekly, depending on the nature of the reasons you came for counselling.
