Counsellor Profile

Hi- I have been qualified for 9 years as a Professional Counsellor and have an Independent Private Practice in Oaks Drive Consulting Rooms, Colchester.

I am registered with The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I work with Individuals and Couples, and am also a Supervisor of Counsellors, Psychotherapists and other helping Professionals.

I provide the individual with a confidential, safe and secure place to express and explore personal feelings in an accepting, non-judgemental supportive environment.

I also work with couples which is suitable for any two individuals who are experiencing difficulties within their relationship.

My consulting room is set in quiet surroundings with a private car park.

Daytime, evening or Saturday appointments (according to availability).

I have recently completed research on counselling and eating disorders.
The purpose of this study was to understand the different types of eating disorders; anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and obesity, and the implications for treatment in facilitating recovery from a counselling perspective.

I am Disabilty Equality Trained.

Fees

Individual Counselling- £35 per 50 minute session.

Couple Counselling- £40-£50 per 50 minute session.

Supervision- £30 per hour.
