Counsellor Profile

I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor. I offer counselling to individuals and couples from my practice in Stockbridge. As you will see below, I have experience of working with a wide range of issues and indeed worked as a counsellor in the NHS for over ten years. I also worked at The Centre for the Study of Complementary Medicine in Southampton.

My aim as a counsellor is to help you live in a more satisfying way and, in attempting to do this, I offer a non-judgemental and empathic space in which to explore your problems, identify any changes you would like to make and offer support whilst you put them into practice.

I realise that choosing a counsellor can be an anxiety-provoking business at a time when you may already be feeling anxious or depressed and there is only space in this entry to tell you a little about my practice.
