Profile

I offer effective, practical and fast help for people who are stressed, distressed, depressed, anxious, phobic, or suffering from trauma, addiction, anger disorders, bereavement, emotional disorders or relationship issues. I use the Human Givens Approach, utilising my skills in CBT, Trauma-focused CBT, NLP, EFT, and hypnosis as appropriate.
I was in the Army 32 years, and industry for 8 years. I have been a counsellor, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist for 10 years, working entirely in the private sector. I work from my consulting room at home and/or the client's home.

Registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP (Accred))
Registered with the Human Givens Institute, 2 year Diploma course. Registered with the National Register of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, 2 year Diploma course.
Chairman and therapist of a new charity PTSD Resolution, aimed at providing effective therapy for Veterans with PTSD and associated conditions.
