Counsellor Profile

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor and have done PG training in CBT and Couple Counselling. I am BACP accredited, registered with UKCP and a member of FPC, I abide by these codes of professional conduct. The type of Counselling I can offer is; long term open ended Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Couple Counselling. Sessions are weekly usually at the same time. I can also offer counsellor supervision for individuals & groups. I have many years Counselling experience and prior to this worked for many years within the NHS in Forensic Psychiatry.

Diploma & Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling (WPF).
Post Graduate Cert in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
Post Grad Cert in Relate Couple Counselling(Systemic Psychotherapy)
BACP accredited.
UKCP registered (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists).
UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor
Member of FPC (Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling).
In adition to my private practice I have worked for many years as a Counsellor, Assessor & Supervisor within a network of charitable Counselling Centres linked to a training organisation

My consulting room is in Brookmans Park, there is ample parking and it is accessable for disabled clients.
