About me

If you have worries about your relationship with your husband, wife, your children or any other people in your life, the years are going by, and you feel it is now time to take positive steps to improve your relationship, I will discreetly help.

During the pandemic, as well as helping you face to face, with 2m distancing, I can help you online through Zoom (all I need is your email address to send you a link to join me), on the phone and on WhatsApp.

Often you may feel lonely in the relationship, or that you can’t seem to get him or her to understand how you feel. Perhaps you argue constantly or living nearly separate lives, giving a lot but seem to get very little out of your relationship. You worry that time is passing and you don’t want to live this way for another 20 years or more.

You are not alone, many relationships run into difficult challenges. However, what is different is you are deciding to take positive steps to do something about it. There is usually more to uncover and resolve than the surface problems, and I will help you bring everything to the forefront and work with you in a safe and therapeutic way to resolve things and bring harmony. My website will show you some ways I work with couples to resolve their problems.

You have taken the first step to put your relationship right and to keep it happy and positive for many years to come. If you believe I can help you, I look forward very much to you calling or writing to me. Why not take your next step today?

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
