About me

People usually come to counseling or therapy because something is troubling them or they want to make a positive change in their lives. A counselling or therapy session is a place where you can explore thoughts and feelings, about yourself, your life and your relationships in a safe, accepting and confidential environment.

I am psychosynthesis psychotherapist and counsellor and I have been in practice for over 12 years.  I trained originally in Psychosynthesis at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London where I am now a trainer and course tutor.

Psychosynthesis acknowledges that we are all unique and individual souls on a journey through life, that we are more than our problems and our failures, and that at the deepest levels of our selves we are all seeking a way to fulfill our potential and live more of who we truly are. Psychosynthesis embraces all aspects of human experience, from the physical to the spiritual.

My way of working is grounded in transpersonal integrative theory and is informed by several threads; Marion Woodman's BodySoul work with the body, dream work and the creative imagination, authentic movement and somatic experiencing. I am a labyrinth facilitator and I offer workshops and group work in North London.

I offer therapy sessions in 3 locations; in Bloomsbury central London, Muswell Hill and at the Synthesis Clinic in Hendon, North London. If you have any questions please do call or email me.

Other areas of counselling I deal with

I work with a wide range of issues from bereavement to relationship issues and anxiety and stress. I have a particular interest in exploring how we navigate life's different thresholds and try to live more of who we really are, whilst also meeting the demands of family and work life.
