About me

A therapy session is a place where you can explore thoughts and feelings about yourself, your life and your relationships in a safe, accepting and confidential environment.

I am Psychosynthesis psychotherapist and supervisor and I have been in practice since 2001. I trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis where I went on to become a course leader and group facilitator. I am a training therapist and have worked alongside people in psychotherapy training for many years.

Psychosynthesis acknowledges that we are all unique and individual souls on a journey through life, that we are more than our problems and our failures and that at the deepest levels of our selves we are all seeking a way to fulfil our potential and live more of who we truly are. Psychosynthesis embraces all aspects of human experience, from the physical to the spiritual.

My core philosophy and way of working is grounded in transpersonal theory and the work of Assagioli and Jung. It is informed by a weave of threads; Marion Woodman's BodySoul Rhythms work, the Myth and Story work of Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes,  Dream work, Authentic Movement, Open Floor and Somatic Experiencing as well as Mindfulness and Body focused trauma work. I am a Veriditas Trained Labyrinth facilitator and I offer labyrinth retreats, groups and workshops in North London.

I offer psychotherapy and supervision online via Zoom.

Booking an initial session is a good way to explore whether working with me is a good fit for you. I think that one of the most important parts of the therapeutic journey is working with someone who you feel comfortable with.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and my hourly fees are currently £85. I sometimes have low cost spaces in my practice so please do check with me if that is what you need.

Supervision sessions can be longer by arrangement. Please ask if you would know more about longer sessions.

If you have any questions or would like to explore booking an initial session please call or email me.
