I offer a confidential counselling service from premises in Lower Parkstone. I see individuals for short or long-term counselling. I work with adults and young people with a range of issues (see below).

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a BACP accredited counsellor with a BA hons and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative counselling. I have also done some training in CBT. I am a member of the BACP and UKRC. I have experience of counselling in the workplace as well as private practice.
I have a certificate in supervision.

£40 per hour. Student rate £30.

Further Information

I offer a free half hour initial consultation. I work during the day but also some evenings.
