I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist and I offer long or short term counsellingand psychotherapy for individuals & couples for any issues causing distress and which may affect every day functioning. Using a psychodynamic approach we can explore together the basis for your
depression, anxiety,phobias, life crisis,marriage/ partnership breakdown, eating disorders, or sexual difficulties and help you understand, accept and where appropriate make changes. Other issues which may be helped by counselling are; bereavement , ill health, and fertility issues.

I have several years counselling experience with the mental health Charity MIND., both with individuals and groups.I worked for the Charity Positive Action on Cancer dealing with any issues arising from cancer. I work for the NHS Smoking Cessation Service. I have experience with running a group for clients with eating disorders.
Experience of seeing EAP clients.
I have undertaken a 2 year training in couple therapy at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships in London.
I have trained in the use of EMDR
I am commited to ongoing professional development and am currently undertaking training in Psychodynamic and psychoanalytical Supervision.
