*** FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION ***
Sometimes life doesn't run smoothly. You can find yourself coming up against issues and difficulties that seem unsolvable. It might be a recent crisis, or something that’s been going on for years. You might soldier on trying to cope on your own, not wanting to burden other people with your problems or fearing they’ll judge you in some way if you tell them how you’re really feeling. At times like this it can help to talk to a therapist, someone who can offer you a safe, confidential space in which to discuss your problems… someone who wants to understand what’s going on for you and wants to help…. someone who can help you explore what is troubling you and find ways to recover and enhance your life.
I am highly experienced, having been in practice for eighteen years, and offer individual, couples and group therapy as well as supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists. I can offer you long or short term work, depending on your needs. People tell me I'm very easy to talk to and that they feel safe and supported by me.
I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), a member of UKATA (UK Association for Transactional Analysis, formerly ITA) and European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA). I work in accordance with the Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice of these professional bodies.
I offer a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION for us to meet and discuss in confidence what is troubling you and what you are looking for from therapy. This is a no-obligation session, so please feel free to call me on (01892) 652899 and arrange an appointment.
