Profile
I believe that, given the right circumstances and support, people can make the changes they need in order to enhance their life and discover their potential. My approach is holistic, in that I am interested in "the whole person", and I often encourage clients to examine aspects of their overall lifestyle, such as health, diet and exercise, to assist and support the psychological and emotional changes they are making.
I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist; and an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy); a member of the Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA) and European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA). I work in accordance with the Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice of these professional bodies.
I offer an initial consultation which is FREE OF CHARGE.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a CTA Psychotherapist (Certified Transactional Analyist with Psychotherapy Speciality) and am UKCP Registered.
