Counsellor Profile
I am a qualified counsellor and nurse. I have been working with people for over 28 years. My counselling approach is Person Centred. I offer a professional and caring service, either as a counsellor or as a supervisor.
I work in an open, honest and transparent way, ensuring our relationship is genuine. I work to provide a safe and respectful relationship and space in which people can explore and grow.
"Person centred counselling" was developed by Carl Rogers. Rogers called this approach to counselling "Person Centred" to emphasise that it's the client who is at the centre of the process, rather than techniques or methods.
