I work and live in Suffolk. I work in the Ipswich and Woodbridge area from my home practice and the new medical centre in Woodbridge.

As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, I have done extensive training in a number of approaches to counselling and working with clients who may come with different issues. I also offer supervision to counsellors.
I have been a trainer on a counselling programme for over 10 years and have only recently retired from my training role.I have over 16 years experience of working with individuals and couples.
I work with clients in a collaborative way which involves finding the best approach and building a good working relationship which respects the person's ability to make their own choices.

I work with trauma, loss, issues of change and stress as well as issues related to health and disease.
I use CBT and CAT and the newer ACT model of approaches in my work with the emphasis on building a collaborative working relationship with clients.

Fees

£40-£55 per session. Fees are negotiable.

Extra Information

I work two days a week in my Woodbridge practice, including two evenings per week.
I am registered with major health insurance providers.
