Lena Fenton offers Couples Counselling to people who may be facing Relationship difficulties such as Psychosexual problems, Trust issues and Communication difficulties. Providing a safe environment in which you can explore, understand and act.
She is also offers bereavement counselling, when the grief is just too great to carry alone, she is there for you to share how your feel and help lessen your isolation.
She has created an individual Anger Management programme that takes you through 9 sessions of personal development. And gives you new tools and new understanding about yourself and how your emotions function.
Her training and professional experience in the fields of Psychology, Counselling and Life Coaching enables her to create a synthesis of skills, with these she can then help you create the changes that you most dearly want to make in your life.
With 15years of experience of working with both men and women she has a depth of understanding, compassion and empathy which gives you a sense of professionalism and trust. So when you speak, you feel heard and understood.
