Profile
You may have particular issues which are troubling you or you may be feeling anxious or depressed or have a general dissatisfaction with life without necessarily knowing why. I may be able to help you to make sense of things which trouble you, identify changes you wish to make in your life and provide support for you during this period of change.
I will listen to you and take you seriously and provide a safe, confidential environment in which you can explore any issues which concern you. This can result in you gaining a new understanding of yourself and your problems to help you to move forward.
If you would like to arrange a first appointment, please email or telephone me. I am the only person who will answer on this number. If the phone goes to answerphone, I am the only person who will pick up a message and I will call you back as soon as I can.
