I am accredited with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and registerd with the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors.

I am a Supervisor of other counsellors and hold Advanced Supervision qualifications with the Centre for Supervision and Training and Development.

The Getuwell Private Practice is in Woodmancote near Cheltenham. Getuwell work with private individuals and couples, accept G.P. and psychiatric referrals where appropriate and offer a Counselling or Coaching service to Employer Assisted Programmes.

Jan Slater can be heard periodically on BBC Radio Gloucestershire offering advice or commentary on a variety of topics and also writes for various magazines.
