Contacting a counsellor may seem really difficult and talking to a stranger even harder. My offices in Moseley, South Birmingham and Colwall, near Malvern offer attractive, confidential and safe environments in which to explore your problems; either in 6 sessions of brief therapy or more open-ended longer term work. I also offer couple counselling.
I have worked with a wide range of client problems, many of which involve some sort of loss. Clients bring relationship problems- from home or work, stress and anxiety, depression, bereavement, retirement, redundancy and work related difficulties, the middle years or midlife issues, identity problems and spirituality.
I have a particular interest in working with photographs.
My work is from a psychodynamic theoretical perspective, and looks at how the past is ever present in everyday life, how patterns from our childhood may be useful to us as children, but may be unnecessary to us in later years.

I also provide supervision to individuals

Fees

£45.00 for individuals

£60.00 for couples. The sessions are normally one and a half hours in length

I am willing to negotiate lower fees

I work in Moseley, Birmingham and have an office in Colwall which is on the borders of Worcestershire and Herefordshire, between Malvern and Ledbury
