Contacting a counsellor may seem really difficult and talking to a stranger even harder. My office in Colwall, near Malvern is an attractive, confidential and safe environment in which to explore your problems. I offer 6 sessions of brief therapy, open-ended longer term work and couple counselling.
I have worked with a wide range of client problems, many of which involve some sort of loss. Clients bring relationship problems- from home or work, stress and anxiety, depression, bereavement, retirement, redundancy and work related difficulties, the middle years or midlife issues, identity problems and spirituality.
I have a particular interest in working with family photographs.
My work is from a psychodynamic theoretical perspective, and looks at how the past is ever present in everyday life, how patterns from our childhood may be useful to us as children, but may be unnecessary to us in later years.

I also provide supervision to individuals

Further Information

As a Relate trained counsellor, I am interested in working with a relationship focus, and I see both couples and individuals who are experiencing problems.

I have an office in Colwall which is on the borders of Worcestershire and Herefordshire, between Malvern and Ledbury.
