I aim to provide affordable individual counselling in a warm friendly environment.

I am situated in north Bournemouth close to the border with Poole. I have extensive experience in the field of mental health as well as in counselling. I have taught counselling and psychotherapy on a part time and I have a background in management consultancy and training.

Specialist areas include:- Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abuse,  Relationship Issues, Bereavement, low self esteem, Couples counselling and Psychosexual therapy.

Fees

Individuals
£30.00 per session; each session lasts for one hour.
Sessions are available both for evenings and weekdays.

There are some reduced price sessions for trainee counsellors @ £25.00, sorry daytime sessions only.
