I offer online counselling by Email, Instant Messenger or Skype for people over the age of 16 years. I have a special interest in helping people with abuse, anxiety, panic attack, depression, bereavement and loss, stress, CFS/ME and relationships. My professional qualifications include MA, MBACP Snr. Accredited Counsellor and UK Registered Independent Counsellor.

I have also undertaken specialist training in online counselling with Counselling Online Ltd. where I am their Course Director.

In my online practice I work as an integrative counsellor using cognitive, person-centred, solution focussed and psychodynamic approaches to help you reach your goals in counselling. I have been practising as a counsellor for 17 years.

Extra Information

I have written e-leaflets on several areas of special interest to me which are free to download from my website.
In addition to working as a counsellor, I am also an online supervisor and trainer of other online counsellors.
I am publishing a book on Online Counselling with a co-author - it is due out in November 2008 and will be called "Online Counselling: A Handbook for Practitioners" by Gill Jones and Anne Stokes, published by Palgrave Macmillan. You can pre-order a copy from Amazon.co.uk from November 7th.
