You may feel unsure or anxious about approaching a psychotherapist for help for the first time so it is helpful to start by having a few exploratory sessions to discuss what may be troubling you, and then to decide whether to proceed with therapy. I offer a safe and confidential setting in quiet, comfortable consulting rooms in Victoria, Central London, next to Victoria Mainline Station and Victoria Underground Station, and is easily accessible by public transport including many bus services.
With over 20 years experience of working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist I can tailor your therapy to suit your needs. I can help you to explore and understand the root causes of what may be troubling you or holding you back in your life.
