I am an experienced Counsellor of more than 12 years, working in G.P's surgery, University, and private practice. I have tutored on counselling courses, run bereavement support groups and various stress workshops.
I offer clients a relationship where they can explore difficulties they may be having, it could be a one off session, or longer term, as most counselling research suggests that it is the relationship between the therapist and the client which has the most impact on successful counselling.
The first session, which is very much about us getting to know one another and seeing if you think I am the sort of person you would be able to work with. This session will be refunded if you feel another therapy would be more appropriate for you, or if you felt that we couldn't build a good relationship together.
I offer individual counselling, couple counselling, family mediation and counselling supervision.

Fees
Individuals - £50 with the first session not charged for if you decide not to carry on.
Couple Counselling - £60
Family mediation - £50 each individual session and £100 for a joint session where agreements will be constructed, this will be written up and signed by all parties.
