With professional experience of more than a decade, I run a private counselling and psychotherapy practice in TW1.
In a confidential setting, I offer a down to earth perspective. I aim to help you in dealing with difficult circumstances. We will work together to clarify your focus and where you want to get. We will address any blocks that may get in the way.
I also work longer term with psychotherapy which aims at addressing much deeper issues. Some of you may be searching for answers about how or why you feel or react in certain ways. Others may be looking to answer the more existential conundrums in life such as, what makes this life worth living? or how can I experience contentment?
