I offer individual and couples counselling for adults which may be short or long term, depending on what you require. Typically, clients come for an hour a week or fortnightly for face to face meetings, but longer sessions are possible if you prefer and also telephone/Skype counselling.
I see counselling as a way for you to create space in your life for reflection on issues which are troubling with a view to moving forward to more satisfying living. I have experience of work with people from a wide range of ethnic, social and religious backgrounds. Also my experience covers a broad spectrum of difficult issues which arise and prompt a person to seek out a counsellor such as depression, bereavement, anxiety, anger management, personal growth.
There is ample car parking or access by 114 bus which stops right outside or H18/19 and H9/10 which stop a 10 minute walk away. Accessible stations are Harrow-on-the-Hill, Northwick Park, Kenton, North Harrow and Harrow & Wealdstone which link up with the above bus routes.
My counselling room is wheel chair accessible.
