My name is Lee Coombes. I work in Bristol and Bath. I am a fully qualified humanistic and integrative psychotherapist accredited by Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) and registered with UKCP. I work with individuals, couples and groups. i work with all sorts of issues from depression, to anxiety, relationship issues as well as problems that may be a result of the past. i have been working as a psychotherapist for 12 years and my approach is humanistic, all inclusive compassionate and fits around the individual or relationship issues. I work with trauma, generalized anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. I try to listen. I take on board what you tell me and i try to help you find the answers within yourself, that's how i see psychotherapy working, i am not the expert, you are. I provide the environment which facilitates change and transformation, I work with what you bring, i try and work with who you are and i find out who you are in the process of the relationship, the weekly sessions that help us get to know each other.
Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to talk in complete confidence.
The emphasis is for you to find the answers within yourself in secure environment. In the process of psychotherapy you may come to see patterns from the past and notice how they can influence you now.
What can I expect?
You can phone me any time and we can arrange a time to meet. we can talk about what you want and what you expect and see if we get on.
The cost of sessions is £40 minutes for 50 minutes. £50 for an hour with couples.
