Sarah Ram BSc(Hons) MBACP
I offer a warm, respectful and empathic environment in which to explore personal issues safely and without being judged. I will respect and accept you for who you are.
I can support you during a difficult time by offering an accepting and non-judgemental place where you can explore your experiences, past and present. This can help you to understand yourself better, which can lead to improving your relationships with others and enhance your quality of life.
Together we can either focus on a single life event ( such as trauma or bereavement) that you are finding difficult to cope with, or more deep-seated psychological and emotional problems that may have their roots in childhood experiences.
I work using a developmental-relational approach, depending on your needs, aiming to enable you to experience life in the most fulfilling way that is available to you. Working in this way enables an understanding of how past experiences shape how we are today, whilst also focussing on the here and now.
