My name is Paula Lough and I am a fully qualified counsellor who provides face to face counselling for adults.
I work with a variety of therapeutic theories and tailor my approach to suit the individual needs of the client.
I provide a warm empathic safe space where my clients and I work together to explore and resolve the challenges that are preventing them from getting on with their life journey.
