Sometimes we need help to work through difficult times in our lives: relationship and family issues, anxiety, depression, stress, anger or trauma. I work with individuals, couples and families, supporting and helping you to move forwards in a positive way. My approach is client-focused: working together to gently explore difficult issues, develop coping strategies and find solutions for a happier, more successful future.
I am based in the Cotswolds, 20 minutes from Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Stratford. Please call for a free telephone consultation. I look forward to working with you.
