A Different Approach to Couple, Individual and Family Therapy
Our relationship with our partner is one of the most important – if not the most important – in our lives.
When our relationship is threatened or in jeopardy, it can seem like our whole world is going to pieces. We can become anxious, loose sleep, we worry about the future. And when there is little or no communication, and issues remain unresolved, couples can often feel frustrated and helpless.
For some couples, where they are in their situation may seem almost hopeless, with no clear path for their future.
Many couples come because of unresolved conflicts which have gone on for years. Sometimes couples come after an affair. Or because of internet addiction. Some couples come because of repeated arguments. Or to communicate better, create a more solid foundation, and take their relationship to the next level.
Whatever issues you are facing, Couple Counselling is an approach which helps you use the problems you are facing as an Opportunity to make your relationship healthier, more vital, alive, more compassionate, sexually passionate, and helps you work as a team.
This process removes the blocks to love, builds trust, and by incorporating your own motivations and desires, helps you create a mutual vision for your life together, as an inspirational foundation for your relationship.
Using positive well-formed outcomes and advance communication skills virtually every couple who feels called to do this work experiences deeper understanding, appreciation, and love and connection with each other.

"John is different. We saw five therapists over 6 years. The last was a Freudian. We used to go every week and tell each other how much we hated one another. John made us really work. He didn't just sit there. He got us to open up. He would see things we shared and got us to focus there instead of arguing. He didn't just explain things, he led us through steps which really changed our relationship and our lives. I would highly recommend John if you want a therapist that really works on different level." James K., London
Working with anxiety, depression, phobias, limiting thoughts, relationship pain, heartbreak, existential issues, spiritual issues, symptoms of unknown origin, vocational issues, this powerful step by step process helps you to make profound shifts in your ways of thinking and feeling, empowering you to take your life to the next level.
This process taps into your own inspiration, working with your body, mind and heart, using therapy to create your own step by step process to expand and live your life to the full.
This gives you new ways to experience a more creative and loving relationship with yourself, maximizes your personal development, growth and contribution, and enriches your intimate relationships.
I use psychotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness, and meditation to help you fundamentally change where you start out from, to ensure better results in your life and relationships.
This step by step process walks you through the work, and accompanies you through the changes you want to create.
This process is designed to inspire confidence in loving who you are and the life you want to create, creating flow and abundance, in a practical step by step journey, guided by your visions and goals.
People who come to me want to change, be empowered by their experiences, and contribute personally and intimately, growing with their talents and expanding their lives.
The issues you face have gifts which make you stronger as a person, help you grow out of your experiences, and have more to give to others.
The purpose of giving and contribution brings you into alignment and is the greatest source of healing, and the most productive, real and wisest way to utilize problems and empower yourself to take the practical steps in expanding your life.

Life Coaching and Therapy for when life is good
Many clients come to therapy also when life is good and they want to take their life to the next level. This is because growth and contribution are two of our most important human needs. Sometimes clients feel these needs strongly, but may be confused as to How they can realise these needs.
Therapy can give clients strategies and a way to succeed. This breaks them out of confusion and gives a pathway to move forwards and create the life and future they want.
