Welcome, If you are looking for a warm, caring, professional counsellor, then you are in the right place.
People come to counselling for many reasons, usually because they want to feel better. It's normal for us have issues and concerns in our daily lives, sometimes we need some help to resolve them.
I can offer you a safe and confidential space to explore issues or concerns that maybe causing continue unease or distress.
Counselling is not about giving advice but by working together you will find support with emotional issues and problems. I work with the Person Centred approach and finding the right counsellor is important, building our relationship is fundamental for the counselling process and for you to get the most out of counselling.
I am fully qualified compassionate counsellor with over 700 face to face client hours. I hold full insurance and a enhanced DBS.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and on the BACP register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists adhere to their ethical framework. Details can be found at www.bacp.co.uk
If you decide to contact me we will arrange our first session. In this session we will go over the nature of counselling and confidentiality and I can answer any question you may have, we will then begin to explore your concerns and how we will work together.
