A warm welcome to my profile, My name is Mandy Hedges and I am a compassionate counsellor who is fully qualified, BACP registered with many years experience.
People come to counselling for many reasons as it is normal for us to all have issues and concerns in our daily lives and sometimes we need help to resolve them.
I can provide you with a safe and confidential space to explore those issues that maybe causing continue unease or distress.
Counselling is not about giving advice but by working together we can unravel your concerns and enable you to consider what caused the problem in order to make changes.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and on the BACP register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists adhere to their ethical framework. Details can be found at www.bacp.co.uk
If you decide to contact me we will arrange our first session. In this session we will go over the nature of counselling and confidentiality and I can answer any question you may have, we will then begin to explore your concerns and how we will work together.
