About me

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist with over 22 years experience in the mental health field.

I trained in gestalt psychotherapy,  at the Metanoia Institute in London. My practice is also informed by transpersonal, eco-psychology, and archetypal psychology, particularly the works of Carl Jung. I have further training in trauma, including Brainspotting, developed by David Grand.

I work with individual clients and couples on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, adoption, couples counselling and self-development. I particularly enjoy facilitating clients through deep personal transformations.

Your therapy with me will be tailored specifically to your needs, and where you are at this moment in time in your life journey.

My focus is holistic, looking at the totality of your life, and facilitating a process whereby you can live to your full potential and release what no longer serves you.
