I am a senior accredited counsellor/psychotherapist with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I am based in West Wickham, Kent (on the South London and Surrey borders). I set up my private practice in 1996. I work with individuals and couples offering short-term or longer-term support depending of the needs of my clients.
Working with couples/partners is of particular interest to me. In my experience couples develop patterns of relating that become habitual which can result in communication difficulties. With an independent facilitator couples can learn about these patterns and find better ways of communicating.
I also have an interest in why people overeat and how clients can learn to understand their eating behaviours.
