About me

Are you looking for a sensitive experienced psychotherapist/counsellor? There can be times in our lives when talking to friends or family (or not talking at all) doesn't seem to help us make the changes in our lives we would like. At times like this talking to a professional can be more useful in helping us move forward in a positive way. Being an Integrative psychotherapist means I am not confined by a single approach, this enables me to work in ways that are specifically related to you and your needs at the time.

Being integrative also means I do not see the mind and body as separate. Often our bodies let us know when emotional issues are not being resolved. Physical symptoms can sometimes be the result of emotional stress and worry that we have carried with us over time.

If you chose to see me the aim of our meetings would be to provide a confidential and safe environment where a relationship can emerge between us to help you share and explore emotional issues and/or challenges that may be worrying you. We would then explore these issues at a pace and in a way that feels comfortable to you.

I offer Face to Face, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp video and telephone sessions. If you are unsure about which type would suit you best please contact me and we can discuss arranging an initial session to see which way of working suits you.
