Frome Medical Centre
I have been working as an integrative counsellor for 13 years. I use all relevant theories, this enables me to work with clients using a variety of approaches and techniques.
I have been working for the NHS for the past 5 years seeing people with anxiety and depression and the many causes for these symptoms. I work in a solution focussed way using my integrative and my CBT training to help find techniques to help therapist.
I have worked with those who have experienced loss and the uncertainties of life. Allowing acceptance of these experiences can help people regain their strength. Many insecurities are caused by a lack of belief in our own abilities to cope, by exposing and understanding those feelings we can gain more self esteem and confidence.
