I am a qualified counsellor and have worked in the mental health arena. I work to the BACP ethical framework and code of practice for counsellors and psycho therapists. I am committed to counselling, helping people to live a more fulfilled way of life and to allow time to explore issues that in affect are detrimental to daily living.
My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment so that you are able to feel comfortable to talk through any issues you may have.

Fees
First meeting is £10 allowing you the client to decide whether my services are appropriate for your needs.If you feel that I am the counsellor for you, then my fees are £25 per hour (Each session is for 1 hour). I require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Further Information
There are a number of therapies available. My core approach is person centred but I use other therapies such as Gestalt if this beneficial.
As a counsellor I receive monthly clinical supervision to ensure the well-being of my clients. I am committed to ongoing personal development to enhance my counselling skills. I have a current enhanced CRB certificate.
Dependent on client need I can offer short or long term councelling. My areas of experience are abuse(sexual, physical, emotional,) addiction, eating disorders, trauma, mental health and bereavement.
