Based in a new Therapy Centre in the eco builds by London Road Sainsburys 5 mins from Brighton Station.

I am a Humanistic Person-Centred Therapist using a variety of skills from different modes of training (CBT,Creativity and the Transpersonal). I facilitate a reconnection and realignment between head and heart and your inner and outer world, to bring balance and stability.

You will find that this reconnection and honouring of ones Self through listening to the mind, body and heart, by attending to the messages they have been giving you, brings an easier pathway to life by facilitating:

Fees

Initial Meeting at a reduced rate of £15-20 where we can meet to explore issues and answer any questions you might have about myself and the process

£35-40 per session thereafter

£25-30 per session Student or Concessionary rate -these spaces are limited so please mention to me if you would like to be considered for one of these rates.
Sessions at £25 rate daytime only.

Further Information

Session duration 50mins.

Can be delivered on a short-term (6-12 sessions) or longer term basis depending on need.
