I offer one-to-one Body and Integrative Psychotherapy. My therapy is based on a humanistic worldview. I adapt my work to each client for each session, using bodywork or just talking, depending on what is need just then. I also offer biodynamic massage as a separate therapy, as well as supervision for psychotherapy, counselling and complementary therapies.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have trained at the Chiron Centre for Body Psychotherapy in London. Additional training is in short-term symptom focused therapy; Somatic Trauma Therapy with Babette Rothschild; Supervision with the Centre for Supervision and Team Development; and EMDR.
I started to work in 1996. I have been registered with UKCP since 2000 and just re-accredited for the second time. I also hold a European Certificate in Psychotherapy.
