Hello and welcome. If you are reading this profile then you are looking for professional support, a first and courageous step as thinking of engaging in therapy can be a daunting thought. To talk to someone about your feelings, thoughts and issues in your life can be uncomfortable - I offer a qualified and confidential approach to counselling which promotes a secure and ethical environment for you to gain self awareness, explore difficult feelings and for you to grow and develop.

I began my Counselling career working with adolescents which I now combine with an adult client base.

My client base also includes students from Counselling courses who require therapy as a requirement of their course.

I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and have experience working with placement student Counsellors as well as experienced Counsellors.

Our initial free session will be for us to talk about your needs and expectations of therapy and to understand more of how we can work together.

I offer a free initial assessment for both Counselling and Supervision

£35 per 50 minute counselling session
£40 per supervision session
£40 per 50 minute for relationship counselling

Concessions for Students in both Counselling and Supervision.
