Finding a counsellor can be a confusing and frightening experience. I am a qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist and counsellor. I offer an initial consultation so that we can explore together what might be the most appropriate way forward for you, whether that might be short-term or long-term therapy.

I have been working for many years as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in both the public and private sectors and believe the relationship between client and counsellor should be a partnership which offers you the opportunity to safely explore your difficulties and realise your goals in life.

I work with both individuals and couples experiencing problems to help them resolve their issues.
