Are you finding it hard to cope at the moment, or suffering from stress, or anxiety? Perhaps you have suffered a bereavement recently and finding that life is a real struggle. Or you may be finding it hard to manage and understand feelings of anger, or other powerful emotions. If so, counselling and psychotherapy can offer a real opportunity for change and development. Though friends and family can be very supportive, sometimes in life it can be difficult to talk to those closest to us about the things that bother us most.
Often depression, relationship difficulties, or other problems, can stem from feelings or experiences that are beyond our immediate understanding. Psychotherapy tries to develop an understanding of some of these emotions and experiences, within a safe and confidential setting, with the aim of relieving distress and encouraging change.
I am an experienced, qualified and professionally registered counsellor and psychotherapist, offering both short and longer term therapy.
I work from a quiet and pleasant counselling room, within 10 minutes walk of a convenient tube and London overground station.
If you feel that psychotherapy could be of help to you, please contact me on 8742 3440, or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
