Hello and thank you for viewing my profile, I am a fully qualified,experienced accredited counsellor, cognitive behavioural therapist and hypnotherapist. I offer one to one sessions in a warm, safe and confidential environment. Your individual needs will be discussed and a programme of therapy will be devised to suit your particular circumstances. As an accredited member of the BACP, I work in accordance to the ethical framework. I extend a warm, sensitive welcome to all clients providing a caring, non-judgemental service. I am an experienced affiliate counsellor for two workplace organisations, I also accept regular referrals from occupational health organisations and from the NHS. I am able to contact clients within 24 hours of a request. I have experience/qualifications in Brief Solution Focused Therapy; Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My clinic is based in a medical centre at Bolton Hospital.

In addition to my private work at the Bolton Counselling & Hypnotherapy Clinic, I have past experience of counselling in various organisations including a Secondary school, Connextions, Domestic violence centre, Salford agency and a Homeless hostel. I am experienced with anger issues, bereavement & loss, relationship issues, confidence, self esteem, weight issues, anxiety, self harm, termination, depression.
I offer Counselling, Hypnotherapy and  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (when deemed appropriate) which is an effective treatment for a wide range of emotional problems.

I am an advanced hypnotherapist & offer hypnosis for a variety of problems including fertility, anxiety, confidence, phobias for example flying, motorway driving, smoking cessation, weight loss, self esteem, confidence for sports including golf, swimming, kick boxing.

Therapies take place in a quiet private office, in the Laserase Medical Centre which is in the grounds of Bolton Hospital. The centre has private parking, and a waiting room offering a fully professional yet down to earth service. I work Monday, Wednesday & Friday daytime and Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
