Ness Churn MBACP (Accred) Counsellor and Supervisor
I work intuitively with care and openness offering support and guidance without judgement. Sometime you feel better simply by finding the safe space where you can voice exactly how you feel. Sometimes you need help to hear what it is that you are really saying. I believe that you are the expert in yourself and my job is to help you find the answers that suit you. These may be hidden under layers of confusion and doubt.
Once you can see more clearly, you begin to explore and understand yourself and your situation. We work together to find the tools that you need if you decide that there is something you wish to change. It can be challenging, however you are not alone in it. We go at your pace and we only go where you feel safe to go. This process can lead to moments of clarity, increased confidence, courage to change and freedom to move on.
I am a warm friendly counsellor, I believe that you and I work best together when we can be honest with each other. I will do my best to understand how life is for you and work with you to identify your needs and wishes.
I have a passionate belief in the value of counselling having been through challenging times myself. My learning has brought me to a good place where I now feel empowered to offer help, support and encouragement to others.
