As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor I offer a patient and open approach to counselling. For problems such as depression and anxiety, or problems with relationships, Integrative Counselling provides an holistic approach to counselling that embraces humanistic, psychoanalytical, and cognitive models of counselling to offer a talking therapy that respects the individuality of the client.
I also offer the option of Mindful CBT which is a way of working with some issues and suits individuals who wish to follow a more structured approach to therapy. The mindful approach to CBT emphasises the concept of the "compassionate mind" that the model seeks to develop in the client when exploring the issues that give rise to distress.
I provide peaceful rooms, with nearby parking, in the village of Banham which is a short distance from Diss and Attleborough. I also practice at the Norwich Wellbeing Clinic, Chapelfield, Norwich. I also offer sessions over Skype or FaceTime or, occasionally, in the client's own home.
