About me
I am a registered counselling psychologist in Worcester park and wimbledon. I was voted best psychologist 2020 and in the top 3 psychologists in Worcester park area-! I use different brief, effective solution focused therapies which help to empower people to learn ways to better manage.
My therapies include cbt, nlp, clinical hypnotherapy, emdr and solution focused counselling.
My work is positive, uplifting and moves people away from the problem and into the solution they are looking for. I work with individuals, couples, groups and children.
I am a consultant for the NHS working within children and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS)
I have worked in the voluntary, public and private sectors in London, Surrey and around the UK treating large and varied client groups from the seriously mentally ill, learning disabled, survivors of abuse and trauma to individuals needing assistance with building confidence, public speaking, smoking cessation, weight loss and relationship difficulties, to name a few.
As a psychologist my private clinical work in London and Surrey embraces an integrative approach offering Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming - NLP therapy, Brief solution-focused counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I adopt the approach/s which best suit the individual, as this flexibility in approach offers clients the opportunity to optimise the positive benefits from each.

I am a registered counselling psychologist in the UK and Australia.
I am a consultant for various organisations in the United Kingdom providing psychotherapy and I provide assessment sna court reports for family courts within the UK. I hold an NHS provider number and comprehensive insurance.
My Masters qualifications as a psychologist, and further studies in clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and solution focused counselling has given me a thorough understanding of the psychology of human beings and the various methods of assisting individuals. My practical experience has allowed me to develop a compassionate but professional approach. These attributes work collectively, enabling me to effectively guide individuals to realise their potential, encouraging the development of clients' independence and strength to make desired life changes for themselves.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
