The first consultation is an opportunity to meet, talk and explore the benefits of working together and to verify whether counselling or therapy would be of assistance to you. You will get a sense of how counselling/ therapy works and it will give us both an opportunity to decide if I am the right person to work with you. if we decide to work together then there is an agreement for a further 6 sessions, after which we review progress and agree the next steps. Sessions are held in my therapy room in my house in Wilmslow. Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £40 (or 75minutes for couples at £50).
