I am an experienced integrative counsellor/psychotherapist, I am also able to provide CBT, to adults and young people within a peaceful, safe countryside setting.
If you feel overwhelmed by life circumstances it may seem that there is no way out, but with the right support you can regain control of your life.
I believe that therapy needs to be tailored to meet the needs of the client, therefore our first session will provide an opportunity for you to talk about the reasons you are seeking therapy, your needs and expectations and discuss the best way forward. I also include reviews at regular intervals to monitor progress.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am fully qualified and have experience in -
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Inner Child work and
Person Centred Therapy which allows me to offer an integrative therapy tailored to meet your needs.
I hold a Certificate in Counselling Skills, Advanced Diploma in Counselling, and a Practitioners Certificate in CBT.
I have received specialist training in:
- Eating Disorder & Nutritional Intervention.
- Specialist Inner Child therapy for Trauma and Abuse
As a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist I adhere to the BACP Code of Ethics. I am committed to Continued Professional Development in order to enhance my work. I hold professional indemnity insurance and an Enhanced CRB check.
I have a wide range of experience in private practice as well as working in the mental health field, which includes the mental health organisation MIND and Women's Aid, which supports victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
