Hello, I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I will offer you an empathic, confidential and non-judgemental space to talk about how you are feeling and about your personal struggles.
You may be seeking support due to present circumstances and/or because of past experiences where you are feeling stuck and finding it hard to move forward in life.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of how I work. Through this compassionate and trusting relationship you will have a space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored, to feel supported and help you understand and process your experiences. This I hope will lead to healing, personal growth and self-awareness.
I can work with you on a short term basis, or working longer term may be more suitable for your needs. We can explore what may be most helpful for you during our initial discussions.
Please feel free to look at my website to get more of a sense of me and how I work.
