Teresa Sinani MA Psych, PGDip, DipCouns, UKCP (reg)
I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I can offer you a safe non-judgemental space to talk about how you are feeling and about your personal struggles.
Whatever your reason for seeking support I will offer you a space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored. You may find that talking about your thoughts and feelings in a trusting relationship can help you to feel supported and less isolated. This will also help you to build and access the personal tools to help you cope with challenges and struggles.
I can work with you on a short term basis, or working longer term may be more suitable for your needs. We can explore what may be most helpful for you during our initial discussions.
Please feel free to look at my website to get more of a sense of me and how I work.
