Profile

I provide short and long term counselling and psychotherapy, in established private practice. I am an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor, a senior accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I am also a member of the Association of Coaching offering mentoring and coaching and provide bespoke training & organisational development consultancy in a variety of settings.

I provide a safe, confidential and non-discriminatory service.

Contact me to can arrange an initial meeting which will enable you to talk through your concerns and identify the the sort of support you need. A further six, weekly meetings of one hour will enable you to begin to explore in more detail. You may then decide to continue with weekly sessions.

Sometimes when talking is not enough or is too difficult, using the arts can provide an alternative means of expression

My premises is within 10 minutes walk of Walthamstow Central Station
(Victoria Line and mainline from Liverpool Street)

My practice is on the first floor and I regret is not wheelchair accessible
