Profile

Hello, my name is Maureen Poland and I have been a qualified counsellor since 1995. I am committed to helping people who are unhappy with their lives for different reasons and want things to change. I offer a safe, confidential environment where we can talk together in complete privacy allowing you to raise worries and painful issues that are causing you concern. These may be situations that go a long way back but still cause you heartache or they may be more recent ones. Whatever the case, the resulting factors can often be seen in depression, anxiety and stress. My aim would be to work alongside you in looking at your issues and finding ways to help you understand and find a way through. This could mean that you experience a better quality of life than what you have known for some time.

I work with individuals, couples and also the employees of companies who offer counselling for their staff. I have experience in dealing with the different areas which you will find listed below.

I offer face-to-face counselling, telephone and email counselling, which includes international clients.
