Accreditied and experienced psychotherapist,counsellor,supervisor, life coach and facilitator. 18 years experience in all areas of psycholocial support, treatment and therapy. I offer clients a safe environment to explore issues that are causing distress or concern. I offer clients the 'core conditions' empathy, non-judgemental and honesty. This enables the client to come to new insight and understanding around the issues they are presenting with.

I offer short term work and longer term work as is appropriate, depending on the clients needs.
Shorter term work is useful for exploring stress stratergies, anxiety reduction, anger management & mild depression.
Longer term work may be required for abuse, major depression, general anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD & trauma.


I offer counselling services within Leicester/Leicestershire.
I work in private practice and for employee assistance programmes. I have aslo worked for one of Leicestershire's emergency services managing all the psychological support services. I have a broad range of experience working in commerce and industry.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have recognised qualifications in Psychotherapy, Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy ( CBT ), Clinical Supervision & Life Coaching. I am also trained in Critical Incident Stress Management.

I have trained at various universities and colleges over the years, Sheffield University, Derby University, Nottingham University/NHS Trust, Newcastle College and Stonebridge College.
