Profile

When we are troubled, sad and depressed, anxious or unhappy, we often need someone to talk to - someone who is non-judgemental, who gives us their full attention and who respects our right to be who we are, warts and all. Counselling provides the space that enables us to explore our feelings, hurts, pain and ultimately joy in a safe and confidential environment. My role as a counsellor/therapist is to act as a change agent, in order for you to make the changes you desire for yourself. To help you develop your own competence and self-worth.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have 12 years counselling experience with clients from a range of backgrounds and with a wide range of difficulties. I am unshockable. My qualifictions are: MBACP (Snr Accrd); UKRC Reg; Dip. Psychotherapeutic Counselling; Dip Hypnosis with CBT and NLP; Cert. CBT; Cert. Supervision; Cert. Shamanic Practice; MSc Transpersonal Psychology. I am a member of the UKRCP, BPS and GHR I endevour to provide you with the support you need which can range from listening and exploring to past life regression and other transpersonal work.  I am also a senior accredited supervisor of other counsellors.

Fees

My fees are £50 per hour, with a minimum fee of £25. I offer concessions for those in with lower incomes. For hypnotherapy as a stand alone treatment the fees are £80 for a 2 hour session.
